Nayati Healthcare was born in 2012 with the aim to provide assistance to the pilgrims coming to
Badrinath from various parts of the country and the citizens in the region of Uttarakhand who used to travel 200-300 kms to access basic healthcare. Our journey began with 4 Mobile Medical Units and a team of 36 Paramedics and Doctors. In a very short span of time working across Uttarakhand and UP we came face to face with certain grim realities of the region. It’s not a hidden fact that these regions tack super specialty care and people living there have to avail treatment from secondary care hospitals.

The private sector has, in the last two decades contributed significantly to adding super specialty care in the country’s fold whereby India has become a preferred medical tourism hub. Clinicians in India are by far the most committed and par excellence. Whilst the FMCG and other sectors recognized tier 2/3 as developing regions, specialized affordable healthcare was a far cry for the citizens in these towns. Most of the private sector development also focused Tier 1 where often it’s a patient shopping phenomenon of restricted OPD’s by large private chains from these regions. Our study from Jammu to Jamshedpur covering north and central India showed that patients travelled between 100-300 kms for super specialized care. If it wasn’t the combined cost of travel, treatment and emotional upheaval, the distance very much caused a lot of inconvenience to the patients and their families. There is also a preconceived notion that most of the renowned specialists do not want to leave the metros and work in these regions. It became evident to us that as long as one catered to providing them world class infrastructure and conducive environment, many knew and understood that a lot needed to be done in these regions. Our study pointed to a strong case to break these myths, and we commenced our journey in 2013 of building our first hospital in Mathura. From the Alaknanda to the Yamuna our journey was destined. Krishna’s Janmabhoomi became the karma bhoomi for a strong 1200 member team with over 160 Specialized Doctors, 450 Nurses, Technicians and Paramedics. Job creation for non clinical support became an additional mantra. The region’s gaps and disease profiles bear testament to what we had understood. We commissioned on 28th February, 2016 and as our doors opened we had our ICUs and emergencies in demand within the first few days and months that followed. Affordable specialized care was the need of the hour and I along with my team look back in gratitude to the Lord and the people of the region for acceptance and blessings to serve these communities. Today we have crossed over 185,000 patients seen and treated in the hospital and over 550,000 through preventative outreach in the region which is operated through our CSR initiative. Our specialized and world renowned doctors have folded their sleeves and are working hand in hand with the regions clinics and panchayats.

Nayati had made a proclamation that from now on World Class Multi Super Specialty Healthcare Services will not be limited to metros. I am grateful to a remarkable team for sharing this mission in providing super specialty care to those who need it most.

Today, Nayati Medicity, Mathura is not only providing World Class Healthcare Services that is at par with the large healthcare institutes and hospitals of Delhi and Mumbai, but is also doing it in an economical and cost effective manner. I take immense pride in the fact that within a short span of one and a half years, patients from Agra, Etah, Etawah, Aligarh, Bharatpur and even Delhi-NCR are regularly visiting Nayati Medicity, Mathura for their treatment. We are also receiving a lot of patients via air ambulance from major cities of Bihar, Madhya Pradesh and UP. We also have connected with local communities and fulfill their much needed medical requirement.

Our promise of providing World Class Healthcare Services at an affordable price has made an impact even on foreign shores which is why Mathura besides being a pilgrim hub enjoying over 5 crore visitors a year has attracted foreign patients from Central Asia, West Asia and SAARC regions. This was not our intent but such was the case that Nayati is today witnessing a reverse flow of patients from Delhi -NCR.

We at Nayati Medicity, Mathura are constantly evolving. Being established on five fundamental pillars of integrated healthcare, working for masses, world class technology, a sustainable business model and world class doctors we are continuously striving for finest care. For instance, our Oncology Centre offers holistic integrated care taking into consideration views of specialists of all the three divisions – medical, s u r g i ca l and radiation. Equipped with world class facilities that includes PET CT for diagnosis and follow up after treatment of cancer, we ensure our patients get nothing but the best care. We have started our Kidney Transplant services and soon we will also be introducing Liver Transplant facilities as well. I promise you that both these services will be world class and will be way more cost effective as compared to the hospitals in the metros. Now I can say it with conviction that one does not need to go to Del hi – NCR to avail World Class Healthcare Services.

This is just the beginning of Nayati’s revolutionary y thought. For the next phase of our journey we have arrived in Agra with our Medicentre to make the region accessible to us. Nayati has commenced its construction at Amritsar and will be commissioning last quarter of 2018. Our journey in the same phase will also take us from the Yamuna to the Ganga at Varanasi. Thereafter to Nagpur carrying forward our mission of taking World Class Healthcare Services beyond the metros.

Wishing you good health.
