Health Awareness Campaign at Amarnath College
PURPOSE/ OBJECTIVE(S) OF HEALTH TALK:
• To create awareness among college students and teachers about Physiotherapy and other physical good practices.
• To sensitize people about Nayati Healthcare & Research Pvt. Ltd, its health services and social welfare activities.
Visited Amarnath Girls Degree College on 15 November, 2016 in Mathura. The Outreach Department of Nayati hospital organised a supportive and effective communication health talk on the subject of Physiotherapy and basic movement problems in human beings. A session on all Physiotherapy activities and exercises for neck pain (cervical pain), back pain, wrist pain etc. was conducted for all college students and teachers with the support of the Principal Dr. Meeta Tiwari and coordinator Mr. Anil Vajpeyi. School staff was also included in these health talks. Four team members of Nayati hospital including Head of Department of Physiotherapy Dr. Apoorv Narain Dwivedi, Head of Outreach Department Mr. Vivek Dave, Program Manager (Outreach) Shaziya Sheikh with Mr. Anshul conducted the session in Amarnath Girls Degree College.
A successful health talk was conducted by the team of Nayati Hospital, Mathura. Dr. Apoorve Narain Dwivedi practically explained various exercises in front of students and teachers in the college.
An interactive session was held and a lot of queries of the students and teachers were resolved.
300 students and approx. 15 teachers participated in this health talk. Mr. Vivek Dave gave introductory speech about Nayati hospital and their social welfare services.
