Health Check-up Camp at JAG International School, Narhouli, Mathura

A health check-up camp was conducted for the children of JAG International School, Narhouli, Mathura. The camp was conducted by a team of 15 members of Nayati Hospital, Mathura. The 15 Team members of Nayati hospital including Dr. Amit (Physician) and Dr. Avneet (Dentist), Dr. Neha (Paediatrician) program managers and buddies reached JAG International School at 10:00 Am. Principal of school welcomed the team with warm heart and took us to the hall where we had to conduct camp. This camp was planned as a complement to the school as they were providing space for the village beneficiaries to conduct camp.

Buddies team started registration of students and recorded the height and weight of students. A total of 180 children turned up for the Health check-up. Dr. Amit, Dr. Neha and Dr. Avneet provided consultation to every students and advised medicines and tests to children in need. Health Check-up of students was finished at 3:00 PM. 

A feedback session with the school principal and staff is also conducted at the end. In this Dr. Amit and Dr. Neha said that there are signs of poor nutrition and eye problems in some of the students while Dr. Avneet said that the students are suffering from stains and calculus in teeth which should be avoided by brushing twice a day. School Director gave vote of thanks with a formal summing up of the health camp. He also gave an appreciation letter to the team for the kind efforts.
