Once the appointment is fixed, the International Patients’ team assists in preparing the visa papers. If required, Nayati provides an invitation letter to procure a medical visa on priority.

Before your arrival, we would require the patient’s case history, including past treatment availed, latest medical reports, as well as the current clinical status. These reports are checked by Nayati’s Specialist Consultants enabling us to provide you with the costs and treatment plan. We will respond within 24 hours of receiving the reports with the appropriate specialist doctor’s opinion and costs.
Nayati Healthcare strictly follows the international standards of accrediting organizations such as NABH and is strongly committed to maintaining and improving patient safety as well as care. Medical care given to patients is monitored constantly by the hospital management and medical staff. The hospital management reviews all concerns and feedback given by the patients, physicians, the medical staff and administrators, responding to them accordingly.
Yes, an attendant is allowed hospital stay with the patient (except in the ICU) in case they have opted for a double as well as single room. We also provide complementary meals to an attendant (thrice a day).
Not necessarily. But if any patient has an insurance plan, it is advisable to check with the hospital about the empanelment before arrival.
